- 상품불량 및 오배송 등의 이유로 반품/ 교환을 요청하실 때에는, 먼저 제품의 문제점을 사진으로 찍어서 이메일이나 카톡으로 보내주세요.
상품불량 및 오배송으로 인한 반품/ 교환 신청시 배송비는 무료입니다. 단, 물건 받으신 후 1주일 이내에 알려주시는 제품에만 해당합니다.
- 단순 변심 및 고객님의 사정으로 인한 반품은 되지않습니다.
